2012 Barns Grant

The Connecticut Trust awarded a total of $40,700.00 in Barns Grants to municipalities and non-profit (501c3) organizations across the state.  The grants will make possible a total initial investment of $$99,660.00 in these historic sites.

On May 17th, 2012 in Bolton, Mary Ann Handley and John Toomey, Jr., Connecticut Trust for Historic Preservation trustees, hand the check to Sandra Pierog of the Bolton Heritage Commission. Also presenting the grant, Todd Levine, Director of Historic Barns of Connecticut and Sen. Steve Cassano.
