The Town of Wethersfield is requesting proposals for the purchase of a 1.86 acre town-owned property at 138 Willow Street containing a single-family house and barns, commonly known as the Wilkus House and Barns. This offer includes the possibility of purchasing an additional 30,000 square feet of land adjacent to the house and barns and / or leasing another 10 acres for agricultural purposes. Any addenda that materially affect this solicitation will be posted at that web site address.
The deadline for submission of proposals is September 27, 2012 by 12:00 p.m. to the Town Manager's Office. The Town of Wethersfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request, to negotiate with selected respondents, to extend the submission deadline for an additional period of time, or to cancel in part or in its entirety the solicitation.
