Demolished. This property adjoins the east side of 24 Bebbington Road. Tenant farmers produced eggs for Arbor Acres until 1983. After their house burned down, the property was sold and the new owner rented the chicken coop for storage space. In 2002, the property was sold again and the current owners demolished the deteriorated coop.
