Portion of Giulio Brondolo farm with barns to the west of Brandy Street, and consisting of about 40 acres. The farm produced cauliflower, strawberries, tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, blueberries and chickens for the Hartford Regional Market. Buildings to the west side of the road include an open cinderblock barn, an animal barn that housed a work horse and a cow, and an ice house later used for the storage of hay.
