The property is situated on the bank of a river in Branford. It has two barns in close proximity to each other. The main barn has a gambrel roof while the other barn has a gable roof. A horse motiff is diplayed on the gambrel face indicating its probable historic useage to be equestrian. The other barn is currently being used as a garage mechanic.
