There are two buildings located on the property. The larger is a private garage and machine shop and the smaller building is currently deteriorating. A resident of the property explained that historically, the larger was historically a dance hall and roller rink prior to it becoming a private garage. The smaller building was part of a tavern that was moved from Hazardville. The smaller building is the unpainted, wood sided building and the larger is the asbestos sided building.
