The house at this address was built between 1916 and 1922 by local builder John Knibbs. Current owner (a contractor) stated the barn complex dates to the 1940s. Barn is visible from the road. Neighborhood is residential and borders on a woods and a grammar school at the rear. Fieldstone foundation. Wood siding. English bank barn built into the side of a hill. Lean-to addition on west side houses vintage tractors. Chickens and dogs cooped in other pens attached to the barn. Wooden beam and diagonal brace segment from Wilcox-Bushley barn. Note hand-hewn peg and notch for joist. Gift to the Unionville Museum from Mary E. Bushley
