Located on the corner of Cassidy Road and Purchase Brook Road. See also Greenhouse entry on South Britain Road (Rte 172). Wisconsin-style dairy barn built in 1960 was considered Non-contributing at time of 1992 nomination, but is included here due to its age exceeding 50 years at present. The Piggery and a silo appear to have been demolished subsequent to the 1992 National Register nomination.
