Original barn built 1800's, barn and outbuildings burned down in 1920 as per History of Barkhamsted book. Rebuild of outbuildings and gambrel dairy barn finished 1925 as per date in concrete floor and town records. in 1940's considered state of the art w/ automatic waterers for each cow! Used as dairy barn until 1970. Presently used to stable rescue horses. Property for sale.
